If you aren’t pumped for Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” video, then you must not be paying attention. Not only will it be directed by Joseph Kahn, who also directed the movie Torque as well as music videos for all your favorite artists, but the star studded cast is phenomenal. Swift has already announced Lilly Aldridge, Zendaya, Hayley Williams, Gigi Hadid, Ellie Goulding, who all got to pick their own name and persona, will be making an appearance in the video.

She also recently let the world know that Kendrick Lamar, who is a fan and friend of Swift, will be in it as well.

Lamar, who grew up in Compton, picked internet sensation Welven Da Great as his persona. He tweeted, “I chose my Compton Boy Welven as King. Always had personality. Confidence and self love making it out the city. Hero.”

And this isn’t the first time Lamar and Welven has been used in the same sentence. Lamar actually reached out to Welven after his videos went viral, he even invited him to his Rolling Stone cover shoot. You can check out their joint interview for VladTV below.

And if you haven’t followed Welven on Instagram yet, what are you waiting for?

“Bad Blood” drops this Sunday.
